I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting and was impressed with the convenience it offered. The express check-in/check-out, room service, meeting facilities, restaurant, and newspapers provided a seamless and efficient experience for my work. The staff was also helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a business center with computers and printing facilities. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space for work-related tasks.

The hotel has excellent mountain views if you take a room with a balcony. It is clean and the staff are friendly. There is a wood chalet style bar which is good for pre/post dinner drinks but not a lively apres ski bar. The attached restuarent Le Bistro is very good especially the chateaubriad. There is also a good wine selection. Location is right in the centre with a ski bus stop right outside to serve both ends of Arosa for lifts etc.
It might be a bit of a walk to the cable car in ski boots! The ski bus can get very busy. Hotel can be on the expensive side if you book direct.

magnificent location, incredible views from lobby, restaurant, and the guest rooms. Food in bistro very high quality. Room was very large and since my room was on the side of the hotel with a good view, I had also a large private outdoor terrace with my room. Superb ! Room was ultra clean, excellent bathroom.
Nothing to dislike. Wonderful hotel.

As young families, we loved the warm hospitality and personal treatment from the owners. the interaction with guests was amazing. the rooms, especially those with mountain views, were spacious and beautifully presented. the waterbeds added an extra level of comfort. the breakfast, although with limited choices in the low season, offered high-quality products and freshly prepared warm dishes upon request. the staff was friendly and welcoming to all nationalities, which we greatly appreciated. the spa facilities were cozy and well-equipped, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was lovely.
We felt like VIPs throughout our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

What a great Easter getaway we had! The breakfast was delicious and we loved that they used locally sourced ingredients. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on site, perfect for when we didn't feel like going out. The location was great, with a bus stop just outside the hotel and a short walk to the train station. Plus, the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking.
The beds were not very comfortable and we struggled with the room temperature. It was too hot and stuffy, so we had to open the window at night, but unfortunately we could hear some street noise.

It's right in the center of town, making everything easily accessible. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the stunning mountains and there's even a bus stop right next to the hotel. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the area and hit the slopes.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Arosa.

The Arosa Card was a real game-changer, I mean, who doesn't love free stuff? And the seminar room was perfect for my corporate team-building event, even though I'd rather be sunbathing on the rooftop terrace.
Couldn't find a fridge or kettle in my room, I guess they thought I was too posh for snacks and tea.

Arosa Card: The Arosa Card was the cherry on top of our stay at Hotel Cristallo. With free access to cable cars, regional buses, boat rentals, and even the Untersee beach area, we felt like VIPs exploring the beautiful scenery of Arosa. It made our vacation even more exciting and memorable!
Pillows: The only very small irritation was the pillows in our room. They need renewing but I am sure that if we had taken the trouble to point it out to the staff they would have changed them for us.
